It’s important for men age 40-60 to have regular prostate and testicular cancer screenings to find any cancers at their earliest possible stage. Many patients with prostate cancer don’t have any symptoms until the cancer has significantly progressed. Symptoms of more advanced prostate cancers can include trouble urinating, blood in the urine, swelling in patient’s legs, bone pain and bone fractures.

Dr. Hernandez works with a team of specialists to help patients beat cancer. Depending on each patient’s individual situation and cancer, he’ll develop a treatment plan which can include everything from active monitoring to chemotherapy, radiation, hormone therapy and/or surgery.
